Разработка методики формирования оптимальной совокупности запасных инструментов, приборов, приспособлений и запасных частей.</p></sec><sec><title>Методы</title><p>Методы. Совокупность запасного оборудования в организационно-технологической системе обеспечения механической сборки на основе резьбовых соединений на предприятиях автомобилестроительного кластера представлена в работе на основе теоретико-множественного подхода. Также для описания совокупности запасного оборудования используются теоретико-множественные модели совокупности запасных сборочных инструментов, приборов и приспособлений и совокупности запасных частей к данному оборудованию. Описание особенности организации ремонтной службы в организационно-технологической системе обеспечения механической сборки на предприятиях автомобилестроительного кластера осуществлялось с применением принципов и понятий теории управления. Формализация процесса принятия решения по формированию совокупности запасного оборудования основывается на методах теории принятия решений. Отдельные элементы методики основаны на использовании методов математического анализа и теории нечетких множеств.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты. Предложена теоретико-множественная модель совокупности запасных сборочных инструментов, приборов, приспособлений и запасных частей. Описана структура и процесс принятия решения по формированию совокупности запасных сборочных инструментов, приборов, приспособлений и запасных частей. Предложена методика и алгоритм формирования оптимальной совокупности запасных инструментов, приборов, приспособлений и запчастей. Методика и алгоритм учитывают статистические параметры отказов оборудования и позволяют оптимизировать затраты на закупку сборочного оборудования, оборудования контроля и поверки и запасных частей к ним.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение. Разработанные модели совокупности запасных сборочных инструментов, приборов, приспособлений и запасных частей, и методика и алгоритм формирования оптимальной совокупности запасных сборочных инструментов, приборов, приспособлений и запасных частей позволяют упростить управленческую работу на предприятии автомобилестроительного кластера. Разработанные модели, методика и алгоритм сокращают негативное влияние факторов, связанных с недостаточным уровнем знаний лиц, принимающих решения и решают задачу оптимального управления подсистемой запасных инструментов, приборов, приспособлений и запасных частей, входящей в организационно-технологическую систему обеспечения механической сборки.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>Purpose of research. Development of a methodology for the formation of an optimal set of spare tools.Methods. The totality of spare equipment in the organizational and technological system for providing mechanical assembly based on threaded connections at the enterprises of the motor-car construction cluster is presented in the work on the basis of a set-theoretical approach. Also, to describe the totality of spare equipment, theoretical and multiple models of the whole set of spare assembly tools, devices and the amount of spare parts for this equipment are used. The description of organization features of the repair service in the organizational and technological system for providing mechanical assembly at the enterprises of the motor-car construction cluster was carried out applying the principles and concepts of management theory. The formalization of the decision-making process for the formation of a set of spare equipment is based on the methods of decision-making theory. Some elements of the methodology are based on the use of methods of mathematical analysis and the theory of fuzzy sets.Results. A set-theoretic model of a set of spare assembly tools, devices, fixtures and spare parts has been proposed. The structure and decision-making process for the formation of a set of spare assembly tools, devices, fixtures and spare parts have been described. A methodology and algorithm for creating an optimal set of spare tools, devices, and spare parts have been proposed. The methodology and algorithm take into account the statistical parameters of equipment failures and make it possible to optimize the costs of purchasing assembly equipment, control and verification equipment and spare parts for them.Conclusion. The developed models of a set of spare assembly tools, devices, fixtures and spare parts, and the methodology and algorithm for creating the optimal set of spare assembly tools, devices, fixtures and spare parts make it possible to simplify management work at an enterprise of the motor-car construction cluster.
